I’m Despina Konstantinidou — Accredited civil and family mediator, Diversity- Equity- Inclusion (DEI) expert and Legal practitioner. Born, raised, and based in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Since 2017, building on my long-standing experience in active legal practice, I have been guiding individuals and organizations in resolving disputes outside the courtroom. My role is to help them collaboratively shape sustainable, balanced, and long-term solutions — whether in managing relationships or resolving tensions and conflicts.
I also design and implement inclusive policies and practices in companies, with the goal of improving workplace culture, enhancing employee satisfaction, and ultimately boosting productivity and profitability.
I specialize in family mediation. I support couples through the challenges of divorce or separation, helping them reorganize their relationship and co-create a child-centered future — while giving themselves the space to heal and grow.
I am among the few mediators in Greece and Europe with expertise in cross-border family mediation and international child abduction (Hague Convention), and I am a registered multilingual family mediator in an international network.γενειακών διαμεσολαβητών.
Thanks to my personal experience, academic training, and continuous professional development, I also handle cases involving disability, chronic diseases, and other forms of diversity.

Driven by personal experience and shaped by deep academic and professional knowledge, I strive for a more inclusive society. As a workplace mediator and DEI expert, I support businesses in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. I train employers and employees to cultivate respectful and supportive environments — proven by data to enhance employee satisfaction and drive business success.
I believe in peaceful coexistence, social solidarity, empathetic communication, and communities that embrace difference. This belief has guided my lifelong commitment to volunteerism in cultural associations and human rights initiatives.
In recent years, I’ve been an active parent-member of the “Lampsi” Association of Parents of Children with Cancer (Northern Greece), a member of the “Tales of X Cities” art-and- activism collective, and a supporter of women’s empowerment through the NGO “Women On Top.”
